1. Identify targets based on a profile we ask you to complete – industries, annual sales, geography

2. Create emails and scripts to introduce, create interest and continue follow up even when a prospect says they are not interested today, but it is okay to stay in touch.

3. Build the database within our CRM tool to schedule and track activities, capture relevant information such as name and email address of decision-maker, incumbent, contractual agreement dates, industry, sales, own or lease facilities and more.

4. Execute pipeline management process – use a combination of calls, email and sometimes mail in a professional approach designed to demonstrate a genuine desire to do business, but not too many so that we become a nuisance.

5. Schedule appointments – we schedule appointments for your team and communicate directly to them via email and sometimes text alerting them to the appointment scheduled. We share relevant information about the lead to help your people prepare for the meeting.

6. Report – provide monthly reports including information such as number of targets pursued, appointments set/leads generated, and targets that express interest for future meeting.

7. Guarantee - We guarantee we will pursue a minimum number of new targets each month, or we work for free until we achieve the goal. And, we will not work with a competitor within the markets where we are representing you.
